Description

Conference Information

This year's theme is Love One Another-

All our welcome to join us to explore themes of love and peace from a variety of cultural, historical, and theological perspectives through small group conversations, speaker panels, workshops, and daily worship. There will also be games, a dance, a variety show, and camp activities like crafts and archery. And if you need some time alone to think, there will be plenty of chances to relax, have a swim, or go for an exploratory hike.

Baptisms and confirmations may be done at 6 day at a service that will be held on the last day of camp, with Bishop Prior presiding. Parents and congregation members are welcome to attend. Some advance preparation is necessary, please indicate on your registration form if you would like to participate.

How to register

You will need to select your payment option 1) credit card, 2) check/cash, 3) Scholarship.

If you would like to pay in installments, that's fine. Please contact Denise at dbrumbaugh@ecww.org. Register and put down the amount of your first payment, then contact Denise for how to do future payments or select pay at door.

All registrations will also need a Signed Youth Liability Waiver Form . Print, sign, mail or bring with you.

Scholarships--

Get preapproval from Denise Brumbaugh before selecting scholarship. Scholarships are limited. Youth should try to get partial scholarship from their church first. The Diocese is already subsidizing the cost so only partial scholarships are available.

Additional scholarships are available from Camp Huston as well on a first come, first served basis while funds last, please let us know if you would like to pursue that additional funding option.

FAQs

What if I cannot print out the waiver forms/my child forgets them at home?
Extra copies will be on site at registration. A legal guardian must be present to sign. Here is the form: Youth Liability Waiver Form

Can friends come, even if they don't go to church?

Absolutely. Just make sure they register and bring their waiver form with them.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Denise Brumbaugh: dbrumbaugh@ecww.org or (206) 325-4200

When does registration close?
June 30th, 2019, early bird pricing ends June 1, 2019

Can I update my registration information?

You can update your registration information until it closes on June 30th, 2019

Can I have my youth drive themselves?

We would prefer that youth do not drive to 6-day as after a full week of camp the drive home can be a challenge for tired campers. We encourage carpooling and ask that you let us know if your youth will be going home with someone other than their parent/guardian.

What is the refund policy?

You may request a refund until the event closes on June 30th, 2019. No refunds for no-shows.
